Bright and inviting, the lower ground apartment is accessed via five steps from the street and then 12 steps down to the hallway, or alternatively through the rear patio doors, which open directly onto a courtyard with access onto Back Road East. Inside, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is modern and welcoming, complete with cosy seating and double doors that lead out to an enclosed courtyard patio. The property includes a bathroom with a full-sized bath and two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin.
