Located on a spur of Wills Lane a quiet cobbled lane granting access to only a handful of cottages Chy Splander benefits from virtually no passing traffic despite its central location. Just a short walk from the cottage is bustling shop-filled Fore Street and the ever-vibrant Wharf Road lined with countless pubs, restaurants and endless vistas of St Ives Harbour and beyond.

44) Chy Splander Availability
A stunning cottage literally just a couple of minutes walk away from the beautiful St Ives harbour and three different beaches in the area. Couldn't be better located. The cottage is a squeeze in places and being across three floors there are a few door frames to bang your head on, but it's super-well equipped and beautifully decorated. Approaching the house was tricky with the St Ives roads being very narrow, so worth planning out dropping off your stuff in advance – particular if you have a little one. But the parking garage works well and is less than a five minute walk away. Really enjoyed our week here! Wholeheartedly recommend for all Cornish beach lovers!
August 11, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Chy Splander and would highly recommend it to those looking to visit St Ives. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. It is in an unbeatable location, only a couple minutes’ walk from the harbour front and the main shops and restaurants in St Ives, while still feeling quiet and secluded. We hope to be back!
