Only a few minute's level walk to Fore Street, the harbour and beaches. Providing good basic accommodation, this studio is ideal for the solo traveller or couples who want to be in the heart of town.

We loved our time at 1 Teetotal Street. We love St Ives in general and this place was perfectly placed for the beach (2 minute walk) and the harbour and restaurants (3 minutes walk). The beaches in St Ives are amazing and dog friendly at certain times of the year so our dog loves it there. St Ives itself was really busy as it was half term, but the beaches were never packed. The accommodation was warm and inviting. All of these old fisherman's cottages are very compact, but we basically only used it for cleaning and sleeping and never cooked once. We loved it here, and we will return
October 31, 2024Great location with it being so close to car park and harbour front. The apartment as expected was small but was still great value for the price we paid. We’d seen reviews about the noise from the flat above and although it wasn’t too noisy you could definitely hear the TV from the above flat. The apartment was clean but it’s probably fair to say it’s a bit tired looking and worn, it may add to the charm to some but tired is how I’d view it. Would still recommend to others because the good points outweigh any minor issues.
