This bright and spacious flat is stylishly decorated with a modern flair and has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Double glazed throughout, with almost full-length windows in the sitting room. For safety, these windows have restricted opening.

Open plan with panoramic views of the Harbour, small balcony overlooking the beach. Large settee, easy chairs and coffee table, dining table with chairs, electric fire and Smart TV.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1. 5 ft double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers etc. Double aspect views over the Harbour and towards the Tate Gallery. Wash basin, shaver light and socket.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds, good storage and central bedside table, wash basin, mirror, shaver light and socket. Views over the rooftops.
Shower room. Shower, wash basin and WC, washing machine and gas water heater.
Kitchen
Fitted with a stainless steel sink, fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Heating is mainly by electric storage heaters.
The flat is unsuitable for young children under 6 years of age.
Numbers 1 and 3 Sunnyside can be booked together to conveniently accommodate large family groups.
Please note: There is ongoing building work on a neighbouring property. The works are scheduled to resume from mid-November until Christmas and will continue again shortly after the New Year, with no confirmed end date at this stage. While we hope it will not affect your stay, there may be occasional noise. We appreciate your understanding and hope it does not disturb your holiday experience. A discount has already been applied to the rentals between 1st November 2025 and 31st March 2026 (excluding Christmas and New Year) to offset any disturbance that may be caused by these works. No further discounts will be offered.

This is a super place with amazing views over the harbour beach. Very clean. Everything needed was provided. The kitchen is new and the bedding and towels provided are very fresh. The bed is comfortable. Could do with a little bit of updating here and there. Otherwise a definite 4.5 stars and would recommend.
September 5, 2025Positives: Perfect view. Good size property and well furnished. Negative: Broken Toilet seat / had to report the dimmer light flickering all the time also a faulty plug in alarm in the bedroom. Could do with a couple of spare pillows. All small stuff – so overall very good
July 25, 2025We had a great stay. It was nice just staying in the apartment or visiting the different beaches/town around the house but also a perfect base when you went on outings and day trips. The view over the harbour never got boring. Loved it!
