Hazelbury House is the first Victorian building on Draycott Terrace and is a short but steep walk down Primrose Hill to the lovely Porthminster Beach. Flat 4 is on the 2nd floor of Hazelbury House and is accessed through a communal hallway. This spacious apartment was totally and thoughtfully refurbished in 2020 to create a relaxing and comfortable space. It is light and bright throughout with a skylight in the open plan living/kitchen area and large windows with Venetian shutters.

Loved the decor, well thought out. Very clean and spacious. Loved the location. We were worried about the parking but did manage to get a spot most days.
July 26, 2025The Apartment was clean, bright and modern as described. The location was excellent and located at the beginning of St Ives, avoiding driving through the narrow streets of the centre on arrival, but still within several minutes walk of all the highlights. A path outside the front door took us straight down to Portminster Beach, although it should noted that it is quite steep.
July 19, 2025Amazing location. Right by Porthminster Beach with its beautiful white sandy beaches and cafes and St Ives an easy walk away though the flat is at the top of a steep hill. The flat is on the top floor and unfortunately at the back of the building so you don’t get the beautiful views of the beach but that’s probably reflected in the price. We were able to park on the road each day, though this may be trickier in high season. The flat is clean, bright and well equipped. We were very grateful for the ceiling fans in the bedroom. Would totally recommend and would return.
