From the sitting room, watch the Harbour and bay through 3 windows or climb upstairs under the eaves and take in the stunning views from 6 Velux windows facing in all directions. Within easy walking distance of the Harbour and all the beaches.

This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the Harbour.
The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the Harbour.
The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1. Attractively furnished with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A large sash window opens to gorgeous views from the bed and the sound of the sea.

Bedroom 2. Under the eaves, this enchanting space is pure fun for children. Like a lighthouse with extensive views in every direction from its 6 Velux windows with blackout blinds, this room seems to be in a world of its own. It is furnished with 4 single beds, bedside tables but also provides a perfect space for playing with toys.

March 22, 2020"Lovely property – lots of narrow stairs to get in but so worth it when you reach the top. It was a great family place and we celebrated Christmas and New Year perfectly. The heating was self-controlled and there was lots of hot water. A special treat was watching the fireworks from the "lighthouse room" at the top of the house!"
