Climb the 39 narrow steps to the front door and emerge into this spacious modern property built over 2 floors. From the sitting room, watch the Harbour and bay through 3 windows or climb upstairs under the eaves and take in the stunning views from 6 Velux windows facing in all directions. Within easy walking distance of the Harbour and all the beaches.

This L shaped open plan area is light and bright and extremely comfortable with original paintings and prints on the walls for you to enjoy. The sitting area has 2 settees, TV/DVD, bookcases and wonderful views towards the Harbour.
The dining area has a large oval table and seating for 6 with more amazing views towards the Harbour.
The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with ample work surfaces and plenty of storage space. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1. Attractively furnished with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A large sash window opens to gorgeous views from the bed and the sound of the sea.
Bathroom. Large, newly fitted corner shower, wash basin, WC and towel rail.
Fourth Floor
Bedroom 2. Under the eaves, this enchanting space is pure fun for children. Like a lighthouse with extensive views in every direction from its 6 Velux windows with blackout blinds, this room seems to be in a world of its own. It is furnished with 4 single beds, bedside tables but also provides a perfect space for playing with toys.

Great place, we stayed for a week just the two of us. Lots to do in the area, parking was off season so we didn’t have too many issues and got a week pass for one of the long stays. Lots of lovely things to do in and around st ives; and went on some stunning walks, snorkeld and swam and had a surf. Stairs are steep at property, but it didn’t really bother us! Perfect getaway for two with amazing views and a really cosy feel.

July 25, 2025Wonderful place and great host! The stairs and the narrow corridor up to the apartment can be a challenge for some people. For us, it went well, but we are relatively young with children. Thank you for wonderful days in St Ives!. ☀️
