Dining area. Large rectangular wood dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen area. Beautifully appointed, state of the art. Electric ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine. Ample oak work surfaces. Offers a wonderful view while pouring a chilled glass of wine!

Bedroom 1. King-size bed, double wardrobe with drawers.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds, double wardrobe with drawers.
Bathroom
Shower with rain effect and hand-held shower heads, built-in wash basin with counter top and WC. Tiled floor. Heated towel rail.

There are iron railings outside of the French doors. Young children must be supervised when the doors are open.

A lovely location. The view was worth the entire trip!
August 8, 2024We had a lovely stay at the flat – the view is the best in St Ives! It was great to open the double doors, watch the sea and listen to the gulls – very peaceful as a retreat from the usual summer bustle of St Ives. Overall the flat is beautifully presented, with high quality fixtures and fittings. We found it comfortable and clean with a range of books and even some beach toys to borrow. There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The shower is powerful and a delight to use after a long day at the beach! I'd recommend using Park Avenue car park – buy a week's ticket from the machine for about £27 for the week (can't be bought via the App). As other reviewers have commented, the road outside the bedrooms is busy and noisy. The main bedroom window doesn't close properly so worth being aware of this and if a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, or try to sleep in the twin bedroom which is slightly quieter. Overall this wasn't a problem for us and we'd love to return for another stay.
August 2, 2024Great location for central St Ives and beaches. Fantastic view over the harbour and very comfortable living accommodation. Would recommend. We used the rugby club for long stay parking which is come and go as you please meaning you dont have to search for parking spaces. Plenty of room to pull up outside the appartment to load gear.
