Due to the steep nature of the steps and garden, young children should be supervised at all times.
Well-behaved dogs are accepted out of season.
The closest long-stay car park is Park Avenue, a few minutes’ walk up the hill to the rear of the terrace.

A lovely convenient place to stay with good facilities.
October 10, 2025Beautiful four night stay with friends. The home is in the centre of St Ives, everything was within walking distance. Upon arrival the home was very clean and really lived up to our expectations. Will 100% stop again!!
September 8, 2025Great place, good location, with nice outside space. Main bed was very hard with feeling springs, and did smell of dog in lounge (which is kind of expected as takes pets). Overall still good value for money.
